How much is it to hire a coach?
 
We have tried to create set prices in the past with coach hire. It simply depends on your requirements. Please email us your request or fill out the request form on our website. Please remember to give us as much information as possible in order for us to give you an accurate quotation. Include Destination, date, time, number of people, type of group, nature of outing etc…and type of accommodation and age group (if any special arrangements are necessary).


Does the price include for driver?
 
Yes. (In the case of an overnight tour, driver accommodation and meals is not usually included)


Do you provide packages?
 
Yes. Please contact us with regard to a making all your arrangements.


Up to what amount of people do you cater for?
 
Although we are a small to medium sized company we have the resources, contacts and experience to handle large groups with ease and have already handled groups of 1000 people or more.


Do you give discounts for large groups?
 
Yes. The bigger the group the better the value. We always give consideration to repeat business..


How do I make a booking?
 
Click on enquiries and set out your intention to book and we will confirm the details as soon as possible


How do I pay for this service?
 
You can pay by a cheque guarantee card, visa, MasterCard or American express or cash upon which a receipt will be given.


Do I need to pay a deposit?
 
A booking deposit of 20% is necessary to secure your booking unless otherwise stated or discussed.


Is there some sort of contract I have to sign?
 
Once we receive a deposit, it secures both ends unless otherwise stated or discussed.


Can I amend the itinerary or schedule?
 
Yes. We are very flexible and can alter the booking. It may be subject to a reduction or increase in the cost depending if the trip is shortened of extended.


If the number of people changes does this cause a problem?
 
No. This happens quite often. If you inform us as soon as you know we will make the necessary arrangements. Please give as much notice as possible.


What parts of Ireland do you cover?
 
We cover all of Ireland including Northern Ireland also Scotland, England, Wales and some parts of Europe.


Is there a feedback form to comment on the satisfaction of the service?
 
Yes. One can be provided once requested at the end of the tour.
